Catshall Consulting

BOOSTING YOUR BUSINESS

Catshall Consulting offers a wide range of services. Whether you are looking to improve operational efficiency, implement new processes, or just need an extra pair of hands to get stuff done, we're here to help.

How We Work

Discovery

We value a personal approach, so we'll start out with a discovery call.

We'll find out more about your requirements, and how best we can help.

Make a plan

Next we'll make a plan. Whether it's a long term requirement, or a speedy solution - we'll establish a timeline that works for you.

We'll talk about costs, any third party requirements, and make sure everyone is on the same page.

Get going...

Sit back and let us do the rest... we'll keep in touch, letting you know how we're getting on, so there won't be any surprises.

For longer term projects, we will keep you updated as regularly as you want.

Catherine Varley, Founder

Catherine started her career in law, qualifying as a commercial litigation solicitor in 2009. She soon realised that it wasn't for her, and decided to take her legal skills elsewhere. She spent some time in recruitment before taking a role as a personal assistant at a UK estate agency. She finished up as an Associate Director, taking a place on the Residential Operations Board, implementing various compliance processes alongside other strategic and procedural projects.

After nearly five years in agency, she went back to recruitment, where she spent six years honing her logistic and operational skills at a global headhunting firm, most recently as their Operations Director.

After 20 years in London, she now works remotely from her home in Rutland, offering a wide range of services to clients across the UK.

When she isn't at her desk, she can be found baking, or attempting to train her

wayward rescue dog, Bean.

“I first met Cat in a boardroom and could immediately see that she is a force of nature. She headed up a number of projects for our firm and was respected across the board (and literally, by the Board) as someone who got on with the job and got on with it extremely competently.

Ten years on, we no longer work together but have continued to refer to one another for professional advice, proofreading and sense-checking, idea bouncing and cake recipes. She is absolutely one of the best in the business and I wholeheartedly recommend her."

Emma Trelawny-Davey,

Former Colleague
