Pricing & Packages
There's no 'one size fits all' when it comes to remote support, and we're very happy to discuss a plan that works for you.
​Whether that's an hourly rate, or keeping us on retainer, we'll make it work.
Hourly
Our charge out time varies depending on the work that we do, and we track our time to the nearest 15 minutes (up and down!). This works as a sort of pay-as-you-go; you can set limits on our time, and we'll update you weekly.
Package
You can buy packages of 5, 10 and 20 hours. These packages come with a discount and have a standard expiry of one, two and three months respectively.
Retainer
Retainers are there for clients who want long term support, and can be discussed on a bespoke basis.
Project
If you have a specific project you would like us to work on, from start to completion (e.g. building a website), we would be happy to provide a quote.
Third Sector
We are happy to work with third sector clients and would be happy to discuss preferential rates.
We also have a number of hours pro bono which are available monthly on a first come, first served basis. If you represent a third sector organisation and would be interested in engaging our services, please let us know.
